Tip Bot

For those who want to send some tokens to other Discord users instantly and without any fees, let Mochi bot helps you with $tip command.

There are many ways you can tip someone:

  • By account name: $tip <@user1 @user2 ...> <amount> <token>.

  • By role (in such case, the token will be sent to anyone having that specific role): $tip <@role> <amount> <token>.

  • By channel (everyone in that channel will receive the token): $tip #<channel> <amount> <token> .

  • You can also send a message or even an image to the recipient when using $tip command:

    1. Adding "message" at the end of syntax (Note: you can add a message with/without the quotation symbol).

    2. Using Add button in Discord to add an image.

  • Tip on-chain: If you want your transactions to be recorded on-chain and be able to receive your token without using $withdraw, this feature is for you!

    1. Add the word “--onchain” at the end of the tip syntax.

    2. Users can transfer the received tip amount to their wallet by running $claim <Claim ID> <your recipient address>.

  • Tip in voice channel (everyone currently in the voice channel will receive the token): $tip in voice channel <amount> <channel> or $tip in voice <amount> <token>.

  • By active status (everyone with that status will receive the token): $tip <online/offline> <amount> <token>.

  • Tip mix: You can also mix the active status with the role or channel by adding the active status before the role or channel is mentioned.

  • Tip each: In case you don’t want the recipients to split the token, add the phrase “each” at the end of your command. That way, Mochi will send the specified amount to everyone, in full!

  • Tip Telegram: this feature allows you to tip Telegram users from Discord channel. Just keep in mind that the recipient needs to send a DM to the Mochi Telegram bot (https://t.me/telmochibot) before they can receive your tip.
