# Basic Bot Setup

Setting up a Mochi bot in your Discord server is as easy as eating a (mochi) pie! Follow three simple steps:

1. Open Mochi's official website - <https://getmochi.co/>.
2. Click on "**Get Mochi**" in the middle or on the top right corner of the main page.

&#x20;3\. Once directed to a Discord page, choose which Server you want to add Mochi Bot to. Then press "**Continue**" to proceed.

&#x20; 4\. Make sure the "**Administrator**" box is ticked, only with that can Mochi fully perform its magic in your server. Then click "**Authorize**".

&#x20; 5\. Successful authorization! Mochi is now ready to bring you and your guild's members into the Web3 universe!
