/vault new <name> <threshold>: Set up a new vault
/vault info: Show current vault configurations

Introducing the Vault Treasurer - a crucial role for managing and overseeing tokens stored in a cryptocurrency vault. As a key figure responsible for the security of these vaults, it's important for us to choose the right person for the job.
With Mochi, admins can now add or remove a Vault Treasurer at any time, providing greater flexibility and control over vault management.
/vault treasurer add <vault_name> <username> <message>: Add a treasurer to the vault
/vault treasurer remove <vault_name> <username> <message>: Remove a treasurer from the vault
/vault transfer: transfer tokens between vaults or to a designated user. To execute the transfer, vault treasurers must unanimously approve the transaction request.
