Well, fear no more! We have a brand new way to send and claim tips without requiring the recipient's info.

• /pay link <amount> <token>: Senders generate a payment link that comes with a QR code. The recipient can then use the link to claim their money at any time, just like cashing a check!

Recipients can claim the tip by entering their public key
